Beef Stroganoff
Dutch oven and a mixing bowl.

1/4 | teaspoon garlic salt | |

3 | (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce | |
1 | teaspoon Worcestershire sauce | |

1 | (12 oz.) pkg. egg noodles | |

Brown meat, onions and spices in Dutch oven. While browning, mix water, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce and sour cream. Lumps are OK. When meat and onion are done, spread uncooked noodles evenly over meat and onion, spread to the sides of the oven. Pour liquid mixture evenly over noodles. Cover with lid and place 15 briquettes on top, 10 briquettes on bottom. Cook 30 - 40 minutes until bubbling. |
